Terms & Conditions / Refund Policy

Our terms and conditions are simple. No returns on all custom orders and cut fabrics. If you make a mistake on measuring your cushions or are not happy with your cushions for any other reasons, we will work with you and strive to achieve your maximum satisfaction and charge you just our cost to repair your cushions plus freight. If for some reason it is our mistake, we will fix your cushions free of charge including freight.

We only use high quality materials. Our fabric comes with 5 year warranty and so is our workmanship.
